Kampot black pepper is one of the finest varieties of pepper, renowned for its exceptional freshness. This historic pepper, with its distinctive spiciness, ranks among the very best in the world of pepper. Kampot black pepper has a very strong yet delicate aroma, and its flavour is spicy yet has a sweet aftertaste. The flavour features subtle notes of citrus, flowers, eucalyptus and mint, making it a truly unique pepper. We recommend using Kampot black pepper with red meat, seafood and chicken. It is best used just before serving, as cooking it for too long can make it too bitter. It can also be added to vegetables, delicatessen items, cottage cheese, and fruit or chocolate desserts. One of the finest peppers in the world. Genuine red pepper is a rare variety made from fully ripe, unpeeled peppercorns. Due to its high level of ripeness, red pepper is particularly aromatic and fruity. Use Kampot red pepper freshly ground to bring out its perfect aroma to the full. Ideal with meat, poultry and fish. Kampot red pepper has repeatedly been named one of the world’s finest peppers precisely because of its distinctive and robust flavour. It originates from Cambodia and is as closely associated with that country as champagne is with France. In addition to its pleasant, fruity flavour, red Kampot pepper is also beautiful to look at. Kampot pepper is one of the finest peppers in the world. The humid and hot climate of the Thai coast, combined with the heavy clay soil, gives this pepper its exceptional qualities.
Kampot pepper is grown traditionally, without the use of artificial fertilisers or pesticides. All Kampot peppers come from the same plant; their colour is determined by their degree of ripeness and the stage of processing.
Only fully ripe berries are used to produce white Kampot pepper. After harvesting, the berries are soaked in water for several days until the skin dissolves. The beige-white grains are then dried in the sun.
This pepper has a fresh and aromatic flavour.
We recommend using White Kampot pepper to season poultry, fish, vegetables, light sauces and soups.

Long pepper has a delicate floral aroma with a slight kick, particularly when cooked for a long time. Long pepper tastes like black, green and white pepper, but is more pungent. Due to their complexity, long peppercorns pair well with dishes that have distinctive, nuanced flavours, such as spring favourites like artichokes, asparagus and mushrooms. They are best prepared simply with freshly ground long pepper, added to the dish at the very end to preserve the flavour. Use it with dark meats, vegetables, in compotes, desserts and as an accompaniment to fruit. It’s best to simply crush it so that the pepper’s intensity can add flavour to curries, particularly in vegetarian dishes and slow-cooked meals. Country of origin: Indonesia

Bio Bird’s Eye chillies. These small chillies pack quite a punch and are indispensable in Thai cuisine. Ideal for use in marinades or sauces served with fish or chicken. Indispensable for seasoning various soups. These small but potent chillies add a kick to dishes and can be eaten raw, dried or cooked. Bird’s Eye chillies are prized for their sweet yet peppery flavour and intense heat. These small chillies are very hot, measuring between 50,000 and 100,000 Scoville units on the Scoville scale. This is ten times hotter than a jalapeño. As ripe red Bird’s Eye chillies have a delayed heat, the heat only sets in later whilst eating the dish and lingers long after you have finished eating.
