The pack contains
CRYSTAL PINK fine – Himalayan pink salt, a table salt popular all over the world.
A flavourful salt, mined directly from the Himalayan mountains. Crystal Pink is delicious and particularly popular for seasoning most dishes, whilst also making an attractive table salt.
It is arguably one of the oldest food sources still available today! Ideal for seasoning meat and fish, as well as vegetables. No additives or separators; unrefined and unbleached.
Completely natural
Guerande fine – a greyish gourmet salt of French origin.
An unrefined natural salt enriched with minerals, particularly magnesium. Guerande salt is harvested by hand and is prized in kitchens around the world. Perfect for
garnishing and as a table salt.
Its grey colour comes from the rain gently stirring up the mud at the bottom of the salt pans. Rich in minerals. Lower in sodium than ordinary salt.
Guerande enhances the flavour of all dishes and is particularly good with seafood, meat and everything else associated with French cuisine.

Kala Namak fine – specially for those who cook vegan dishes!
Also known as Indian black salt. When ground, it takes on a brownish-pink colour and has a slight sulphurous taste, which gives dishes a smoky, spicy and egg-like flavour.
Rich in minerals, particularly iron. Used in Indian cuisine. The salt has become popular amongst plant-based cooks as it adds a natural egg-like flavour to dishes. Definitely a completely
natural ‘cult salt’.
