Inside the gift box you’ll find: Crystal Pink Flakes – an exclusive peach-coloured salt – and Bamboo Jade salt with bamboo extract, as well as Bourbon Vanilla, Red Wine salt and salt with rose petals.
It also includes a tea light holder made from salt and a salt plate, a favourite among many home cooks.
The salt plate is ideal for serving a variety of meat, fish and vegan dishes. The salt plate is particularly lovely to use at summer barbecues and gourmet dinners. Heat the salt plates in the oven or on the barbecue at 200 degrees and place them on the table to grill prawns or octopus, for example. Each guest can cook their own seafood on their own plate, and the salt plate also keeps the food tasty and warm. We also recommend serving courgettes, peppers and other garden produce on the salt plate – the result looks tempting and tastes delicious on the table.
Or place the salt plate on the barbecue or gas hob and use it to fry an egg instead. A simple fried egg can become a whole new experience.
Cleaning the salt plate is easy – after use, wash it under running water and dry it with a soft cloth or paper towel.

Kuidas soolaplaadil grillida?
Asetage soolaplaat külmale grillile ja kuumutage aeglaselt 30–40 minutit, tõstes temperatuuri järk-järgult. Kui plaat on ühtlaselt kuum, asetage toiduained otse plaadile. Sool annab toidule peene soolase maitse. Ärge kasutage õli – soolaplaat on looduslikult mittenakkuv.

Laske plaadil täielikult jahtuda enne puhastamist. Pühkige niiske lapiga puhtaks – ärge kasutage seepi ega pange nõudepesumasinasse. Kuivatage põhjalikult ja hoidke kuivas kohas. Õigesti hooldatud soolaplaat kestab kümneid kasutuskordi.
Kas soolaplaati saab kasutada ka ahjus ja serveerimisel?
Jah! Soolaplaati saab kasutada grillil, ahjus, pliidil ja ka külmalt serveerimiseks. Külmalt serveerides asetage plaat 30 minutiks sügavkülmikusse ja serveerige sellel sashimit, juustu või puuvilju – sool annab toitudele elegantse maitsenüansi.
