Pacific Ocean sea salt blended with organic Japanese matcha tea. Matcha salt pairs well with vegetables and simple fish dishes, and adds a delicious flavour to fried or boiled eggs. You can also use Matcha salt when barbecuing meat.

The aroma and flavour of the truffle are blended with hand-harvested sea salt. The summer truffle content is at least 5%, which gives the salt its distinctive truffle aroma. This salt is a specially selected, slightly moister sea salt than usual, to preserve the truffle’s aromatic fragrance.
Use truffle salt when preparing pasta dishes, vegan dishes and as a garnish. It adds a particularly lovely touch when making truffle dishes; in addition to fresh truffle shavings, you can season the base of your dish with Black Summer Truffle salt. This adds depth to the flavour of your food.
